4th Grade Supply List
2010-2011

It should be understood that students are expected to have an adequate supply of pencils at all times.  Please check your student’s supply level throughout the year!

• $20.00 (make checks payable to Coopertown Middle School).
  This provides a planner, crayons, glue, scissors, and various other supplies needed throughout the school year.
• Clipboard
• 6 packages of wide-ruled notebook paper
• 2 box of tissues

The following items are needed throughout the year for our classes. Donations of any of these items would be greatly appreciated.  Classroom teachers may also request specific "wish list" items at Open House.
