Library Fundraiser
Barnes and Noble in Hendersonville will be holding a fundraiser for our school library.  Present this voucher code when you purchase anything in the store between November 22 and November 30th to receive great deals and help our school library.  Also, any online purchases made between November 22 and December 5th with this voucher will raise money for our library as well.

GHS Receives A.F. Bridges Award
These awards are presented to schools that "have had no reported unsportsmanlike conduct incidents during the previous school year and have displayed an overall positive effort to teach, expect and demand a positive atmosphere of sportsmanship at their particular contests," according to the TSSAA.
Students of the Month
Congratulations to our students of the month:  Luke Reed, Autumn Justice, Madeleine Kelly, Marc Williams, Zachary Fox, Jana Brownlee, Briana McDoniel, and Hayden Boyles.
Parent of the Month
Troy Polen was recently named Greenbrier High School's October Parent of the Month. Mr. Stephen Freeland is presenting the certificate to Mr. Polen.

Mr. Polen was a great assest with the cross country team. He transported athletes, assisted with the Robertson Run, and supported through various fundraisers. 
Community Leader of the Month

Rodney Swearingen of Robertson county Farm Bureau is being presented the October Community Leader of the Month certificate by Tracey Raines, assistant principal at GHS.  

Mr. Swearingen was instrumental in recognition of the Bobcat football team as one of Farm Bureau's Pink Out teams this year.  He is working closely with the GHS Pink Out Commitee to raise money for the American Cancer Society.  Together, the school raised over $9,000. 

Attention Seniors and Parents
Senior fees are due December 5th.  They are $60.  If you do not pay your fees by December 5th, late fees will be applied.  Late fees will add $10 per month for each month you are late.  For example, if you pay in January, your dues will be $70.
