Information needed for new student registration:



•Data card

•Data form completed and signed by legal guardian

•Proof of legal residence (water bill, gas bill, electric bill, or rental/lease agreement)

•Proof of immunizations

•Birth certificate

•Social Security card

•Proof of current physical (applicable only for first time admission in Robertson County)

•Home language survey form filled out

•Custody papers (if applicable)

•Proof of appropriate grade placement (transfer slip preferred; current report card may be acceptable)

•Release of records request signed



Note: Your child must turn 5 years old on or before September 30 to enroll in Kindergarten this school year.
