I forgot my password! How do I find out what it is?

It happens, you come back from a nice long summer break to start a new school year and you can’t remember your password. We cannot look up your password for you (SiteMoaker won't let us), however, SiteMaker offers a self-service method to retrieve your forgotten password. Here’s what you need to do.

  1. Go to the Password Reminder page.
  2. At the Password Reminder page (see screen shot below) fill in your user name (which is your full email address).
  3. Click the Send Me My Password button.
  4. Check your email.

By the way, every SiteMaker log in page has the following text: “If you have forgotten your GVC.SiteMaker password, click here.” Clicking the “here” link will take you to the Password Reminder page allowing you to pick up with step 2 above.
