Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Department is responsible for all the maintenance, upkeep, and construction of all school facilities and their associated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Additionally, the Department oversees multiple contracts with outside vendors who provide yearly services to the buildings which include Custodial Services, Pest Control, and Mowing, among others. They collaborate directly with General Contractors and Subcontractors for extensive projects, overseeing large scale renovations and additions, as well as construction of new facilities.

The department currently employs 21 people who are responsible for the day-to-day operations within the 23 facilities to keep the buildings fully functional and to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for students and staff.
