January is School Board Appreciation Month, and as we close the month, we want to do so the same way we began—by offering our sincere thanks to the six elected members of the Robertson County Board of Education. These individuals have chosen to serve our community in a role that requires time, thoughtful deliberation, and a deep commitment to the success of our students and schools.

Jo Byrns Elementary School proudly opened the doors to its new Ben Carson Reading Room, joining fewer than 350 schools nationwide—and second in our county—to offer this inspiring literacy space for students.

Dr. Hebrard brings more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, principal, supervisor, and director of schools. He is passionate about building strong relationships and keeping students at the forefront of every decision.

Students from SHS and IA spent three days in Murfreesboro over the weekend participating in the Tennessee YMCA Model United Nations conference.

Today, we were proud to announce that Robertson County had 5 schools earning the designation of a Tennessee Reward School.
