Greenbrier High School teacher Samantha Grimes was recently chosen to serve on a national panel with Jostens Renaissance Education in Bloomington, MN.  During the two-day event, Grimes, along with educators from around the country, helped develop and fine-tune ideas and strategies for each month of the coming 2023-2024 school year.  

Grimes was selected for this honor because of her commitment to the Jostens Renaissance Education program.  Her energetic leadership has resulted in GHS earning the Jostens Renaissance Schools of Distinction Award Platinum Level award for the past two years.  

Through this program, Grimes has led her school to focus on academic and school cultural goals including increased graduation rates, improved academic performance and behavior, and elevated school spirit.  Her local accomplishments at GHS have now been noticed at a national level, resulting in her national panel selection.
