Individual Robertson County Schools have participated this
week in the Red Ribbon Campaign against drugs.
Sponsored by the National Family Partnership, the week is
dedicated to raising awareness of the death and destruction caused by drugs in
America.
Participating RCS schools decorated doors and hallways, with
some even creating outside decorations.
All promotions and decorations used this year’s theme of, “Send A
Message, Stay Drug Free.”
Each school held inter-school competitions and this year,
for the first time, schools were judged in a competition with each other. The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office provided
judging and results will be known sometime after Monday, Nov. 4.
More pictures to follow as they become available.
